Where are your products made?All our bags and pouches are proudly made and hand silk screened local to us in Brooklyn, NY. Our note cards are made in the USA . We keep all our manufacturing in the USA.
How do I buy a Maptote product?
You can buy direct from us here on our website – www.maptote.com – or check out our store list for a store near you .
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally via USPS.
What is your return policy?
As a small (but growing!) company we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, if for some reason a product we send to you is damaged please let us know and we will send a replacement with a posted envelope to return the damaged item. We must be notified within 30 days of delivery of the the damage.
How do I care for my bag?
As our bags are 100% cotton, some shrinkage may occur once washed. We recommend cold wash and line dry for all our cotton items.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept all major credit cards. We use a secure SSL connection.
When should I expect my order?
Orders usually go out in less than a week. If for some reason we are out of stock on your purchase, we will notify you and let you know the expected delivery.
Do you make custom maps for special events, such as weddings? Or can you customize your totes for my business?
Please email us at info@maptote.com with your specific request. As we design all our maps and graphics, we can create new locations as per your request. With that in mind, custom orders must be ordered in bulk. Also, please keep in mind, the more you purchase the better can do with price!
